    Exceptionally comfortable bed in queen room with climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven. The hotel's location is convenient, close to various areas, the restaurant, The mall. 1 mi away there is Mcdonald's, serving quick meals.

    Here's the real story

    My family and I had a night filled with chaos due to loud parties spilling into the hallways. The room was decent, with nice tile floors and clean amenities, but the unruly atmosphere was overwhelming. The staff seemed indifferent, leaving us feeling unwelcomed, which really dampened our stay.

    I was close to everything. The took was clean and I felt generally safe and happy at the end of the day.

    I can't complain about the other guests..so........ You can't choose them all. The hot tub wasn't working on Saturday night. Boo

    Staff was friendly & efficient. Pool & spa were clean great. Clean room if a bit small. Nice comfortable beds. Two chairs to watch Tv would have been a plus.

    No towels in the pool area when we were there. 2nd chair in room was crammed beside credenza. Bathroom was small.

    The breakfast was good and loved the fresh baked cookies.

    The beds suck. We had a king size bed and could not sleep in it it was so hard. The pool was broke that's the only reason why I picked this hotel so we could swim. Not happy about that at all. No discount was given because of the pool.

    The Baymont Inn of Battle Creek is close to the Firekeepers casino. It is budget friendly and needs some paint/carpet cleaning but love that it is a "smoke free" motel. Staff were polite and upon arrival asked which floor I would like ~ that was appreciative as we are an older couple. Pillows on bed needed to be "fluffed up" or need to purchase new ones. Questioned ~ how long it had been that pillows were washed or dry cleaned? Hopefully after each stay,
